Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

St. Augustine’s Flat @ St. Marys Mayo Clinic!

St Augustine Flat is the best place in town to stay. Unmatched location and space, save $$. Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 1 block from St. Marys Hospital (in the background of pic). From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. The space is upstairs. The stairs are steep with narrow tread! I look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to your home, away from home. Private, Clean & Comfortable ! 1200 square feet in a 2nd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms & spacious living area. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Mayo Clinic, St. Mary's Hospital & many shopping areas. Walking distance to convenience store. We are in an easy access area to get to the many things Rochester has to offer. Inspected & licensed as rental property by the City of Rochester. Smoke free. We allow service animals & 1 small dog under 25 pounds.

This home is located in the heart of the historic Rochester, MN. Just a stones throw from the Mayo Clinic. This downtown area is packed with shops and eating establishments, all interconnected via the walking subway system, for those cold winter days.
