Cabin at SanGer-La Alpacas

Welcome to The Cabin @ SanGer-La Alpacas, a working alpaca farm owned and operated by Nancy & Kris Sanger. In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

Cheerful Garden Oasis! A peaceful and scenic 2 story home close to everything Rochester has to offer. A luxury listing where you will enjoy the historic and beautiful neighborhood of Brighton. Warm up by the gas fireplace in winter. Bike to Brickyard Trail or Twelve Corners for ice cream in summer. Relax on the patio or in the hottub with views of beautiful gardens as ambient uplighting turns on at night. Sit by the firepit and make smores! Keep your eye out for wildlife and deer spotting.

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).
