Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Jump on the train and travel along the Crouch Valley line to vineyards, more river walks or the quiet, unspoiled, riverside town of Burnham on Crouch. Alternatively, travel in the opposite direction and London awaits within 40mins.
