Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Woody’s is only 30 minutes from Madison Heights and 37 minutes from downtown Lynchburg.

Cozy, quiet cabin just 0.3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway's Irish Gap access. Relax on the front porch to the sounds of frogs at dusk, feed fish in the stocked pond, or dine on the creekside deck. Inside, enjoy custom wood finishes, a well-stocked kitchen, and a coffee bar with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer provided. Grill on the back deck, then sleep soundly on a king Helix Elite mattress in the main bedroom and a full Helix mattress (twin on top) in the second bedroom.
