Kromer Cottage a cozy home built in 1937 and nestled in the countryside yet only 6 min. from Berea College, Historic Boone Tavern, and 15 minutes to Renfro Valley Entertainment Center. Hiking enthusiasts will find The Pinnacles of Berea nearby as well as Boone Trail Trace, and Flat Lick Falls Trail to name just a few. Delicious meals and shopping can be conveniently found in Berea. Relax with the whole family in a peaceful paradise; 30 acres of land to enjoy. Cabin is off the grid meaning it runs on solar power, has a generator backup, water is hauled into two tanks and gas heat. Huge pond out in front of the cabin where you can catch your dinner if you’d like. One bedroom, hide a bed in couch and loft area has a queen bed/couch sleeping mat. 3/4 bath, supplied completely. Extra linens under the bed, everything you need for a few days of peace and quiet. No wifi or tv.

Home also has a tankless hot water heater, perfect for getting everyone clean after a long day on the water! Many surrounding areas with nature to explore too!
