This beautiful 2 bedroom upstairs apartment is about two minutes away from a great bike path called "Peace Trail". You can enjoy biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing the creek or river, cross country skiing, dining nearby. The Apartment is very unique and beautiful. I'm sure you will love your stay. Centrally Located. This fun and colorful lower apartment for your stay near downtown Rockford. 1000 sq feet. This is my second BnB in this vintage 4 unit apartment building I have owned since 1987. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request. Registered guests only.
