This unit is fully self contained with off street parking,TV,laundry facilities and access to onsite shared facilities including a large swimming pool and BBQ. The town centre of Rockingham is only a 5 minute drive away with restaurants,cafe's,cinemas and other entertainment.Train station is also only 5 minutes away.
