Situated on 10 wooded acres and surrounded by farms on rolling hills in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, our recently-updated 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the perfect place for your getaway. We are just 15 minutes from JMU and downtown Harrisonburg, and 25 minutes from Massanutten. We built this light-filled, romantic aerie to highlight extraordinary views of The Massanutten and the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Shenandoah Valley, rows and rows of apple trees, and abundant wildlife, all from your front porch. The two-story cottage could be a base for all your Shenandoah Valley Travels or a comfortable and cozy place for your farm vacation.

Pondside Paradise

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 ft cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The tiny house/cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)
