Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

The home is an ideal holiday base for the keen golfer, or for a family seeking a centralised location off the North Donegal coastline with ease of access to surrounding amenities in the Carrigart/Downings area

Much loved family holiday home so Only Occasionally bookable. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open plan living and dining area with log burning stove and a gorgeous deck which affords a superb view of the lake and mountains. NOT SUITABLE FOR LITTLE KIDS AS DIRECT LAKE ACCESS. please note if you book we accept no responsibility for your children’s safety and they must be supervised outside at all time. A log cabin for two on a quiet smallholding above Mulroy Bay, named for Davey John's eldest daughter, Margaret. Chalet warmth with a darker, more textured palette: a heather feature wall, a navy velvet sofa, a McNutt of Donegal tweed headboard. The covered deck has a private hot tub that looks straight out across the bay. There's a hot-stone sauna kept just for our guests, and a games room across the courtyard. Five minutes from Downings and the Rosapenna links.

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
