The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Great for families - very kid-friendly - reunions, and retreats, Fernwood is stocked with games and toys both indoors and out. The kitchen was stocked by a professional chef, always containing pantry essentials for cooking. A small 6th bedroom with full size bed is available upon request for $50/night.

Pap's Place

Pap’s Place is a single-wide mobile home that has been recently renovated. This property is named after the former owner, Warren Sterner, affectionately called “Pap” by his grandchildren. Warren was a railroad enthusiast. He could never work on the railroad due to the loss of an eye at a young age. This home has been decorated with prints of railroad and local scenes that Warren painted during his life.
