Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Fully renovated and overlooking the CT River, the yard includes an expansive deck with a hot tub and direct river access. The cozy interior features an island kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. A living room, and dining area overlooking the river, 1st flr bedroom with a full bath, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd flr.

Clean, bright studio apartment in the charming village of Old Wethersfield. Stroll to cafes, village green, historic homes and museums. Minutes from I-91 with easy commuting access to downtown Hartford, business and tourist sites, universities, and Hartford Hospital/CCMC. The studio is an in-law suite above our garage. It is attached to our home but has its own keyed entrance. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower over tub, closet, queen-sized bed, kitchen table/chairs, and workspace.

Overlooking the CT River, the yard includes a deck, 2 patios, a grill and direct river access.  The cozy interior features an island kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and marble countertops. A living room and dining room overlooking the water, a first-floor bedroom adjacent to a full bath, and two addition bedrooms upstairs complete this cozy waterfront home.

Unique private space for sophisticated adult(s). Located just 7 miles from downtown Hartford, 1 mile from Route 2 & 84/91 interchange. Guests may relax in this completely renovated historic Barn, with covered parking, away from street view. Enjoy this luxurious space and the private gym which includes treadmill, eliptical, bike, free weights, boxing bags, and yoga space. Upstairs, walk the catwalk between spacious bedroom and full sized Office / Loft over looking historic Main Street.

NOTE WELL: This light, spacious basement apartment is located in a residential neighborhood in South Glastonbury near the Connecticut River and many good hiking areas, shops, and restaurants. We are working professionals who rise and retire early. We have a large exuberant dog who is fenced (electric) away from the apartment and house entrances and driveway. The space is not appropriate for parties. Do not inquire or book if your life situation is not amenable to this description.
