Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Garden Heights is located off of 84 st SE. 10-15 min away from Downton Calgary, Telus Spark Center, Zoo ect... There is shoppings area 5 min away like Waltmart and Cotsco. The basement is spacious , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with basic kitchen tools. During summer you can see fireworks coming from downtown events and global festival.
