This licensed vacation home offers stunning views of Ghost Lake and the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. It is situated in the Wildcat Hills on a 20 acre property with many sightings of wildlife. The house is a custom built, 3 bedroom modern style bungalow with vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The west side of the home is approximately 80% windows, which allows you to take in the amazing views. Enjoy easy highway access, with only a 12 minute drive to all city amenities.

Lastly my home is now equipped with a state-of-the-art radon mitigation system，ensuring indoor radon levels consistently below 30 Bq/m³ in winter
