THIS IS AN OPEN STUDIO WITH QUEEN BED, SMART TV, WIFI, SMALL KITCHENETTE WITH MICROWAVE, TOASTER OVEN AND SMALL FRIDGE. WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Welcome to the Mann Cottage in Salvo! Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4, one lot back from NPS & a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Wi-fi, 3 USB ports in each room. Smart TV. Screened porch & sun deck. Hot/cold outside shower. Quiet neighborhood, pleasant for bicycling, walking, and jogging, easy connect to 4 mi. long village pathway. Salvo is conveniently located in the middle of Hatteras Island making day trips to other areas quicker & easier to accomplish.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Welcome to Green Gates! This light and airy space is designed with peace and recharge in mind! This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

The Little Beach Lodge

A perfect getaway for family and friends with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living room and a chef's kitchen with two private outdoor living spaces. Relax in the outdoor tub after a day of exploring all the island has to offer. The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.

We are just a few houses back from the Atlantic Ocean, a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! Located on a quiet street within walking distance to local restaurants, and coffee shop. Walk to the Atlantic Ocean for sunrise and the Pamlico Sound for sunset! Enjoy star gazing on your private deck!

Boutique Surf Shack

This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
