Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Fall is finally here and it's time for cozy:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
