One bedroom apartment with king bed, an XL twin day bed, kitchenette and bathroom in brand new home. Completely separate from the main part of house. Short walk to the ocean and sound on each side. A real dream for kayakers and paddle boarders. Short drive or bike ride to coffee shop, ice cream shop, market and restaurants. Beach is quiet and never crowded.

The WIE Village is unique in many ways...made from mostly local OBX re-purposed materials, combined with charm, accommodate up to 4 people. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment.
