Beautiful historic 1940s Craftsman home in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. Nestled on the edge the quiet Washington-Willow Historic Dist, but within walking distance of all the action; 1 block from DICKSON ST, 0.6 miles to U of A, 1 mi to Razorback Stadium, & 0.3 miles to Wilson Park. This quiet and cozy space is close to the U of A, hospitals, shopping, parks, entertainment, and bike trails. It is a separate studio with private coded entrance. Studio includes a queen bed, couch, W/D including supplies, A/C and electric fireplace, WiFi, TV with cable and Roku streaming, tile shower, kitchenette with microwave, under counter fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies, ice maker, hair blower, small iron and iron board, soaps and shampoos.
