Se unieron los talentos de Arnaud (arquitecto & artista) y de Emmanuel (anticuario & diseñador) reconocidos internacionalmente. Encontrarás en cada detalle del loft el resultado de esta primera y gran colaboración entre dos genios del interiorismo. Wi-Fi, 150 MB! Persianas blackout y las ventanas tienen película de protección 3M.

Disfruta de este espacio práctico y confortable a 10 minutos del Aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México, Estadio GNP/Autódromo, Palacio de los Deportes, Terminal de Autobuses TAPO, Centro Comercial Oceanía/IKEA, con cafés, bares, restaurantes, cines y tiendas. El Loft está ubicado en Planta Baja, tiene cama Individual, cocina equipada, WI-FI, escritorio, TV ROKU, caja de seguridad y baño privado. El Edificio tiene lavadora y Roofgarden de uso compartido. No está permitido fumar dentro del loft.

The architecture combination, nature and the Roma neighborhood create a cozy, safe, quiet and central environment within Mexico City. The LOFT is located near different means of transportation such as the Metro and MetroBus. However, walking is always a great opportunity to enjoy the restaurants, parks, galleries and shops in the area. The Loft is fully equipped; it covers all needs that may arise on a business or pleasure trip, as well as long stays. We offer 500MB OF WiFi and Mobile WiFi.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
