OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Dere kan sitte i den overbygde jacuzzien året rundt og nyte den vakre fjellutsikten. Herfra kan dere utforske kjente steder som Geiranger og Olden(ca2t), Loen m/Skylift(1,5 t), fugleøya Runde, Øye(1t) og Jugendbyen Ålesund(1,5t). Fjellturer til fots og på ski til Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen og Melshornet(du kan gå fra hytta). Nær flere alpin og langrennsløyper.

Here you can enjoy a rural setting with a short distance to the hiking trails for the mountains, relax on the terrace, fishing, or take a walk on Folkestadsetra with good swimming and barbecue possibilities. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. The possibilities are many:)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence in the middle of mountains and fjords on Sunde, by the blue-green Oldevatnet /Oldewater. Here you have many hiking opportunities if you like to walk in the mountains. Klovane, Kjenuken/Høgenibba and Kattanakken are among the many popular top hikes in the area. 15 min drive to Briksdal glacier one way and 15 min drive to Loen and Hoven the other way. 30 min to Stryn. Place is well equipped with ready-made beds, towels and cleaning included!

Auna Eye - Secluded hilltop glass igloo retreat

Glass igloo beautifully located by the ocean of Trøndelag, Hellandsjøen. On sunny days you’ll enjoy an amazing sunset from the igloo, go to sleep in duck down duvets with Egyptian cotton, and sleep under the «open sky». Wake up to birds singing, take a morning trip on the ocean in the sit-on-top kayak or SUP-boards (included in your stay). Bring your own lunch to the popular mountain «Vågfjellet», and enjoy the amazing view. Say hello to the alpacas on our farm on your way back to the igloo!

Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms plus loft. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Minihuset ved skogen

Hør fuglene synge i skogen utenfor mens du sitter i det store vinduet, drikker morgenkaffen og studerer romsdalsfjellene. Minihuset ligger sentralt, men usjenert, i utkanten av en skog i sentrum av Isfjorden. Spenn på deg skia utenfor døra og gå på noen av Romsdalens mest kjente fjell. Eller sitt i sofaen og se på Romsdalseggen du gikk tidligere på dagen. Minihuset har et lite og funksjonelt utrustet hybelkjøkken (kjøleskap og to kokeplater) som du kan lage deg enkle matretter på.
