Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

The L'il Cat House

On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Cosy comfortable cottage

No4, Railway Cottage was originally home to the local railway workers and now offers cosy comfortable accommodation, with lovely views across open fields and a wonderful private, sunny garden for lazy afternoons and al fresco dining. The garden is a particular attraction, providing various areas for relaxing, including a small fruit orchard, part of which is kept as a wildflower meadow. The cottage is primarily set up for 4 guests but possible to sleep 6 by using sofa-bed in dining room.

The Lodge has its own west facing patio and has far reaching views over the beautiful Hampshire countryside which is perfect for morning coffee or evening sundowners.

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.
