Tiny Haven on Big Canoe Creek

Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

Entertainment District Loft

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

Old Tin Getaway

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space featuring walls of rough cut lumber and beautiful aged tin. Relax in the large sectional sofa big enough to sleep on or the queen size bed with the sought after “Purple” mattress. This place also features a high end bathroom, custom built shower, and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. For entertainment enjoy the two 65” flat screen smart TVs and free Wi-Fi, play a game of pool or just sit back sip some wine and listen to some music.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Hummingbird Hideaway: Cozy Cabin with a Big Porch

Drink your coffee on the wide wrap around porch and watch the hummingbirds fly by as you experience the southernmost part of the Appalachian mountain range. We are located on a sixteen acre campground and retreat center in the Locust Fork River Watershed, two miles from Mardis Mill Waterfall, four miles from King’s Bend Overlook park, and fifteen miles from Palisades Park. Our grounds include sandstone glades, a cleared meadow, and restoration forests.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Berry Mountain Historic Home Near Oneonta

Renovated 150+ year old farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and historic charm. Enjoy a gas stove, propane furnace, and gas logs for cozy winter nights. Primary bath features a jetted soaker tub. Relax by the fire pit or explore nearby Oneonta and scenic trails. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers—perfect for families, couples, or travelers with extra gear. For the drinking water lovers, we have reverse osmosis water filtration.
