Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

An amazing family friendly lakefront home on Higgins Lake-3 bedrooms and 2 full bath in the main house (sleeps 10), along with guest cottage (full bath & kitchenette). The guest cottage (sleeps 2), is SEASONAL and open May 1st-October 15th. 75 feet of lakefront awaits you + a sandy beach. HUGE deck: pergola & outdoor couches + tons of seating. Traeger grill. Kayaks (2-adult, 2-kid), SUP, and pedal boat; Connect 4, cornhole, croquet, fire pit for bonfires. Shuffleboard + infinity game table.

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
