Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Our PUBLIC Beach access is RARE. There is NO PARKING so it is always quieter than any other access points. All beach necessities provided. Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.

Walk to the community pool, Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
