The Old Coach House is in Rosemount, a quiet residential area in Blairgowrie. We are a 15 minute stroll from the clubhouse at Blairgowrie Golf Club and 2 miles from the centre of this attractive market town. With a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, adjacent dining room, and a secluded garden, the house is ideal for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.

Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. Honeysuckle Cottage, Blairgowrie (pet friendly)

Part of a former manor house built in 1789, this private cottage is located in a delightful walled garden only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. A woodburning stove has been recently installed. The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of Perthshire and has easy access onto the Cateran Trail. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.

4 Rosemount Cottage is situated at the foot of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage boasts stunning views across the peaceful Perthshire countryside and is situated just 2 miles from the town of Blairgowrie and a 35 minute drive from Glenshee. Patio doors at the back of the cottage open to a spacious garden which provide a great place to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings.
