Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

This quadplex has been renovated in 2021 and is tucked away for plenty of privacy. On-site parking, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen. Oversized units have laundry. 3 Units available for group travel. Concierge available to stock groceries or during stay clean for a fee. Fully stocked coffee and tea bar.

Private Suite Close to Braves and I-75

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Our home is newly renovated and updated. It is located in a quiet, shaded and private neighborhood within 3 miles of popular Canton Street in Roswell, where there are many awesome and varied restaurants, art galleries, boutiques & consignment shops, all located in an historic and quaint downtown setting. Relax on the porch swing from the screened-in porch overlooking an expansive back yard. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a family room, keeping room, living room & screened-in porch.

It is as comfortable for 1 person as for up to 12 people - 4 can have disabilities -, has 4 thermostats, 6 Smart TVs, pkg. available on/off street, and a back fence yard for pets. It is conveniently located to visit Buckhead, Avalon, White Water, the new Braves Stadium, business complexes, 4 downtown areas, Atl. attractions and several entertainment places for adults and kids, and in little time, guests can access I-75 and I-575. Host provides 1.2 GB Internet and YouTubeTV.

We are 1/2 block from MARTA Bus and 5 stops on Bus to MARTA Rapid RAIL system. Convenient to downtown Roswell or Downtown Atlanta. We do not offer extended stay. We do offer Corporate rates.
