A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

We have OUR OWN PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

Situated on a small lifestyle block, enjoy a slice of rural life with chooks to feed. Best of all, start up a fire to heat the hot tub, keep piling on the wood and in about three hours, lie back and relax under the stunning milky way.

Lounge opens to private garden, with outdoor table and chairs.
