Clean & tidy cottage - lake access, mountain views

We'd love to host you in our peaceful, fully self-contained guest cottage at Lake Rotorua! This light & airy holiday-house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washing machine and free fast wifi (NO extra cleaning or linen fees are added onto price). Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

Relax in this stylish self contained space- be amazed by the stars (dark sky zone) and hard to beat stunning views! Your kitchen has hotplate+electric frypan+microwave+ BarBQ. Your private space is under the main house with it’s own entrance. NOTE: 1km to Black Barn Wedding Venue. Living room and main bedroom open onto large deck and flat lawn. Two kayaks available at the jetty-SPA POOL NOT USUALLY available-owners often not home to keep it clean!! However enquire to use spa-Surchage applies.

Welcome to your dream escape! Situated on a reserve, 100m from the shores of Lake Tarawera (and a boat ramp), this location makes for the perfect holiday. Great for family fun, or a romantic getaway. This is a fabulous home right on the lake front where you will have the whole downstairs area which is self contained. This Includes your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge, deck, and two bedrooms, mins away from the Blackbarn. Initial cost is for 2 people with an additional $80/person/night thereafter

Lake Rotoiti Lakefront - hot water creek

The hot water creek is in our bay! Wind your way through a pretty forest on the shores of Lake Rotoiti. 20 mins from Lake Rotorua. The bach is a big L shaped room with a separate bathroom. A hot pool is in the bush about a 15 minute walk away. Kayak to the hot water stream in the corner of the bay. Grab a water taxi up to the Lake Rotoiti Hotpools (only accessible by boat. Lovely for swimming. Bike and walk in the forest. Note- TV does not get reception ( there are a range of DVDs onsite).

The Boat Shed, a lakefront self-contained studio accommodation, has a vaulted beamed ceiling, a living area, a built-in corner queen bed and a tiled ensuite. The accommodation opens onto a private deck and patio facing the lake. It is a self-contained unit with a microwave, fridge, toaster and electric jug. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied as well as Ginie’s freshly baked goodies. The linens are high quality 100% cotton and are air dried to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
