We are on the Farm Gate Trail and very close to The Cooks Shed and cafe, Tractor 828. 20 minutes from Dargle and the Colo River. Basic on the outside, this comfy little flat has parking outside the front door and horses roaming in close. Tar access to driveway and undercover parking. Motor bikes welcome. Dogs welcome at an extra charge.

The property is fully air-conditioned with units in both the bedroom and living room. The property is a granny flat which shares no walls with the main dwelling. It is a completely separate space, joined to main dwelling by a balcony. Please note, access to the property is via 14 stairs. 12 minute walk to Pymble Station and 100m to bus stops.
