Hunter's Cove is a beautiful 3 bed and 3 bath with hot tub. Privacy abounds and so does relaxation. There's plenty of room for friends and family and your boats. There are five sleeper sofas scattered throughout the house. On the main floor you'll find a furnished kitchen, living/dining room, and the master bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tiled double shower. In the basement there are two more bedrooms, one with two sets of full bunks, and one with a queen bed, and a full bathroom.

If you are looking to explore The National Forest and Cave Run Lake, visit Morehead for one of the many annual festivals or just relax on the porch, this is the perfect place for you!

The cottage at Shawnee is located in a quiet rental community right off of the interstate! The house features a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Sleeps 8!!! Our house is right next to BP and is 10 minutes or less to Scott’s creek marina at Cave Run Lake! Whether you’re in the area for a wedding at MeadowView, visiting MSU, going to cave run lake or need a place to stay for a short term rental our location is conveniently located for all your travel needs!

There is a porta potty on site and a fully equipped bathhouse on the grounds with showers and laundry. You will be located only 2 miles from a beautiful lake (Cave Run Lake) and LOTS of amazing hiking. We hope you come and hang out in our neck of the woods and enjoy the true beauty of Kentucky!

It has many comforts of home such as electricity, heat/ac, running water. There is no wi-fi and cell phone signal varies however there is a tv w/antenna and a DVD/Blu-ray player. There is plenty of hiking . Laurel Gorge, Red River Gorge, Cave Run Lake and Grayson Lake are just a few attractions within short driving distance from us.

Off-grid cabin with no electric, or running water, however, there is a generator on site and access to an outside shower down by the host residence. Plenty of nature to enjoy, you may encounter lots of nature's critters, plenty of hiking area, within minutes of Sheltowee hiking trail, 30 minute drive to Carter Caves, and Cave Run Lake.
