Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

It is located within walking distance to the local library, shopping area and family park and is in close proximity to a reliable bus service to West Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre , University of Birmingham and West Midland Safari Park.
