There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Our spacious, first floor, two bedroom apartment in the beautifully quaint Churchtown Village. We have two large bedrooms (sleeps 5), kitchen, lounge & bathroom. We are situated in the peaceful village with shops & restaurants, a short walk to Meols Hall wedding venue. We are only 2 miles from Southport Town Centre and at least 4 famous golf courses. The apartment is above our cosy artisan coffee shop which is the perfect place for an amazing coffee & breakfast which you get at a discount.

The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.
