This apartment has been finished in a modern quirky style whilst still embracing the warm comfort of Scottish tradition. With attention to detail, each room has its unique features hosting quality furnishings.The kitchen has a mediterranean feel reflective in the tiles and is well equipped with utensils and (URL HIDDEN) has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. We supply tea, coffee machine, milk, sugar, biscuits, juices, olive oil etc. The bathroom has a modern feel with a shower fitted out with stylish Roca design, dressing gowns, slippers and towels are supplied as well as shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer. The lounge has a wonderful bright, sunny and airy feel and has a delightful arched window which looks directly onto the Royal Mile via a lovely, cute little wrought iron balcony.It has a TV and Wifi. The bedroom is extremely cosy and decorated in warm luxurious colours which is comforting to retire to, also with a TV. Access is via the main entrance to the apartment block number 71 Canongate, Royal Mile, next to the well known Clarindas Tea Room. Clarinda was a love of the famous Scots Poet Robert Burns.The apartment is on the first floor . You have access to the whole apartment . I am available at all times if you need anything at all or help . The home is at one end of the Royal Mile just a few minutes walk to the Castle and a selection of delicious restaurants, charming cafes, and local pubs. Other notable landmarks such as Holyrood Palace are also nearby and easy to reach. There is a convenient bus service outside the apartment on the Royal Mile, taking you bus tours, into town, the airport. There is a parking space you can hire for £15/day if you need it. This is subject to availability. The train station is 10 minutes walk away. Most historical interests are within walking distance. You have unlimited access to the gym, pool, sauna and steam room free of charge at the neighbouring Macdonald Holyrood Hotel a few minutes walk away. This is free for 1 guest, any other guest pays £5 per visit payable at the spa reception. Towels will be provided there . There is a beauty spa also available for massage /facials etc which have to be booked and paid for at the spa.

Excellent location amazing views. Central Heating for them cold nights bus every 15min into the most beautiful city in Scotland. Accommodation only play passes can be purchased online or on arrival if you wish. Mary 😀 Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. I’m so sorry I’ve no control over this, hopefully they will resolve this next year.
