The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house interior is modern and stylish, with a Nordic minimalistic twist. When entering the house, you step into a beautiful hallway that takes you into a beautiful and spacious living room, where you look into the garden and it’s ancient trees. The house has two bedrooms, a garden room, a toilet and a bathroom. Animals not allowed.

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. It is located 1000m from the beach, 500m from the forest, 1000m from the harbor, 800m from the train and bus station and 500m from shopping. The nearby surroundings are cozy and family friendly. Free parking spaces near the house. There is WIFI available in the house. No smoking inside the house!!

Du vil bo den ene del af et charmerende bjælkehus med adgang til et privat område i haven. Dejligt naturområde tæt på strand og havn 20 km fra København, som nemt nås i bil eller med offentlig transport. På 30 min kan du bl.a. besøge Louisana Museum, Frederiksborg Slot, Karen Blixen museet og Kronborg. Der er også mulighed for golf i den lokale Søllerød Golfklub, som ligger 500 meter fra boligen. Indkøb og gode restauranter ligger i nærheden. I huset bor to katte Helmer og Elvis.

The house is situated by a large swimming lake with paddle board, canoe, fishing and more. The lovely barbecue area is just next to the lake and you can sail to the woods. We love it here and we are sure you will too. The house interior is in nordic style and fits 8 people comfortably. Lovely garden with trampoline and fun for all ages. Bo lige ud til Geels skov men samtidig i kort gåsfstand til Virum station så du nemt og hurtigt kan besøge københavn på 15 min. Smuk rummelig muremestervilla med masser af plads, natur, lys og luft. Centralt i det naturskønne Brede der også har vibrerende kulturliv med det ikoniske Brede spisehus og cafe Høkerende der byder på mange kulturindslag og godt bagværk. Lige ved mange perler som Frilandsmuseet, mølleåen og Lyngby indenfor 5 min på cykel.
