It's a 5-minute walk to both Nottingham University & the Queens Medical Centre and is also just a short walk away from bus and tram stops for Nottingham City (15 mins away). Close by also for family fun at Highfields Park, a cinema, restaurants and the LTA-run Nottingham Tennis Centre. Free parking permit on street for 1 vehicle. Great for a weekend away or longer!

We welcome you to come and stay in our cosy annexe bungalow, situated on a beautiful 22 acres of land. Our place is perfect for nature lovers, as you will be able to enjoy long walks around our woodlands and fields. We have an array of birds (including owls and a heron who regularly visits), a small lake, and a large pond with fish. We allow fishing, however all fish must be returned to the water. Use the bridle paths on our farm which link to Southwell and neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell or Sherwood Forest. Bring your bikes as you can cycle for miles maybe to the River Trent, or just enjoy the rural walks. We also offer carp fishing in summer. Adults only.
