It is surrounded by 3 miles of water frontage, 1/2 mile of white sandy beach, calm waters of the marina's canals, harbors & Tampa Bay. Sit back and enjoy the Florida sunsets at the tiki bar, on the white sandy beach or in the full service 7 days a week open restaurant. After dark enjoy nightly entertainment in the tiki bar.

Sunset Bar and Grill adjacent to beach and Hooks by pool , all within walking distance. Disney an hour and a half away and Tampa International Airport only 45 mins.

Lakeview suite - 35 min to Airport, 16 mn to beach

Come enjoy our water view suite!! We're centrally located 35 minutes to the airport/Tampa city limits, 16 minutes to apollo beach, 45 to 50 minutes to Sarasota or St. Peterburg (all these are est. without traffic). We are family orientated because we have a family ourselves - toys, and kids' strollers are available. High speed Wifi and a table to do your work with a view of our lake are available.
