WELCOME TO SEA LA VIE RUSSELL COTTAGE At Sea La Vie there are 3 bedrooms all with their own themes, 2.5 bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and dining room showcasing the ocean dining table masterpiece! Additionally, you will find a community pool area with a hot tub, heated swimming pool and a pool house with Weber BBQ's. Toi Track Shack

Enjoy the lovely setting in beautiful Orongo Bay - just 5 minutes drive into Kororāreka (Russell). Toi Track Shack is a self contained studio style accommodation ideal for couples seeking to getaway. It is located beside our beautiful home but is totally autonomous with parking. Great spot to experience what Kororāreka (Russell) and the Bay of Islands has to offer including nature right on your doorstep. Great for your hike to the Cape. Please note there is no longer a BBQ with the Shack.

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.
