WELCOME TO SEA LA VIE RUSSELL COTTAGE At Sea La Vie there are 3 bedrooms all with their own themes, 2.5 bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and dining room showcasing the ocean dining table masterpiece! Additionally, you will find a community pool area with a hot tub, heated swimming pool and a pool house with Weber BBQ's. Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. A further 5 minutes will have you arriving at the centre of town where you will be able to book fishing trips, parasailing, ferry ride to Russell and scenic helicopter flights over the Bay of Islands.
