Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square, King bed or 2 singles, own bathroom. I have my own bedroom & bath, helpful tips for your special stay. Eco-friendly; breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. UNSUITABLE for people with disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. When the lift is occasionally out of order, there are 91 stairs. As in most London homes: no air conditioning but fans provided. No street parking.

There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: Super King (small) 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays and bank holidays)

The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish. You will love our 20 year old cat Joey!

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.
