This is a comfortable renovated apartment with exposed brick that has a true Tbilisi feeling. This studio has a transparent bathroom with modern bathtub, king size bed, Chesterfield sofa and etc. The space fits 2 & is centrally located on a historic pedestrian street. High speed WIFI Internet & IPTV (intl. Channels) is provided free of charge. The apartment is also well located for transport: Metro Marjanishvili & bus stations are walk distance and takes you anywhere in Tbilisi in a short time.

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Renovated, high-ceiling, full of light, spacious apartment in the landmark - Hotel de Londres, opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, 10 minutes walk to the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!
