The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

Country home close to MTSU, downtown Murfreesboro, and 45 min. to Nashville. Private, secure suite with full and 1/2 bath. Queen bed and full-size air mattress, Microwave, Keurig, and mini frig. Quiet deck for relaxing. Private entrance. Carport space for one vehicle. Rate for one guest only. Added, reduced fee for each guest after the first. Security cameras are on the exterior. Airbnb policy does not allow third party booking for friends or family. Person who books must be one of the guests.
