Quiet, second floor, farmhouse apartment in country setting. Two connected bedrooms sleep four, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Watch the sunrise from the private deck or walk the fields to watch the sun set over the Adirondaks. Plenty of room to roam over the farm fields. The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Originally built by my mom, “Oma,” to use as a retreat while visiting her grandkids, it's a green paradise in the summer and, with its cute woodstove, a warm and cozy retreat in the winter. 'Oma's Cabin' is located up Tunket Road in the Mettowee Valley of Pawlet, VT - our driveway is also the trailhead for Haystack Mt., so you have a spectacular hike out your front door. Cabin is HIKE-IN ONLY during the winter.

Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.

It's easy access to downtown Rutland to enjoy yoga studios, restaurants, and coffee shops.
