In a quiet central village location with its own entrance, and sole use of a hot tub, it is one of two properties available for rent and faces into Hall Farm’s beautiful courtyard. The spacious rooms are filled with a stylish mix of antique and contemporary furnishings and original artworks. King’s Cliffe is Northamptonshire’s best kept secret - peaceful walks, cycling, bird-watching or historic towns to visit - Stamford, Oakham, Uppingham and Oundle.

With the enchanting Rutland water a stones throw away, set right on the cycle/path around. With many activities and great local food in villages nearby.

Steadfold House

On arrival you will find a large property which has been converted into two separate types of accommodation. These have been renovated to a high standard. The left property the owner resides and the right is the air b and b. The driveway laid to gravel with ample parking. Walking into the property you enter into a utility room where you will find a basin and washing machine. The door to the right will lead you into the open plan living area which flows into the kitchen/ diner.

Olive Cottage is an elegant two-bedroom retreat set within the serene village of Easton on the Hill. In The Stix (Dome 4 Exton)

Exton is the first dome you come to on our site. Unlike the other domes, the kitchen for this dome is east facing, so great for the morning people amongst you. Enjoy your morning cuppa whilst soaking up the morning rays in our outdoor armchairs. Each of our domes has a well furnished lounge area, with chesterfield leather sofas, cosy armchairs and log burners. The bathroom is en-suite and fitted with a large shower, sink and a flushing WC.

Fairchild’s Barn is a stunning semi-detached barn conversion situated in open countryside in Rutland. Set over 2 floors, the house enjoys lovely views, with bi-fold doors opening onto the properties’ own private decking, complete with a hot tub for 4/5 people, seating and small enclosed patio area to enjoy al fresco dining.
