Steadfold House

On arrival you will find a large property which has been converted into two separate types of accommodation. These have been renovated to a high standard. The left property the owner resides and the right is the air b and b. The driveway laid to gravel with ample parking. Walking into the property you enter into a utility room where you will find a basin and washing machine. The door to the right will lead you into the open plan living area which flows into the kitchen/ diner.

The Rutland Watermill - Luxury Home

A luxury home within a beautifully converted historic watermill, blending original stone walls and exposed beams with contemporary industrial design. Featuring 3 stylish bedrooms, 2 include a double bed, with the third including 3 single beds, sleeping up to 7 guests, plus a spa-inspired bathroom and statement kitchen. The wider site offers a padel court, a café and wellness facilities including hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge and infrared therapy, all bookable separately.

In The Stix (Dome 4 Exton)

Exton is the first dome you come to on our site. Unlike the other domes, the kitchen for this dome is east facing, so great for the morning people amongst you. Enjoy your morning cuppa whilst soaking up the morning rays in our outdoor armchairs. Each of our domes has a well furnished lounge area, with chesterfield leather sofas, cosy armchairs and log burners. The bathroom is en-suite and fitted with a large shower, sink and a flushing WC.

Big Drift Barn is set in open countryside, in Rutland. It is a new semi-detached barn conversion. Set over two floors, the house enjoys lovely views, with bi-fold doors opening onto the property's own private decking, with a hot tub for 4/5 people, small patio area and seating to enjoy al fresco dining. Civilised celebrations permitted. Sky Q HD. £30 per dog per booking as extra charge payable on arrival.

This is an amazing private space where you have the whole site for your party which sleeps up to thirteen people in both Orchard and Walnut Yurt, The Millstone Room and Wild Thyme Cabin. You will have a choice of three hot tubs, kitchen, bathroom and fire pit. You will be in the middle of 30 acres of meadows yet within walking distance of great pubs, shops and restaurant.
