Hunky Dory Cottage

Our recently renovated 'home from home' is situated in the heart of Oakham with the boutique shops of Mill Street and many cafés, bars and restaurants of Oakham on its doorstep. The castle & park are an easy walk away as are all the towns amenities & attractions. The cottage is surrounded by roses and has been decorated by the owner, Jane, in her own unique style. All 3 beds are king size making it ideal for small families or up to 3 couples with good size dining room, lounge and a new kitchen.

Rutland - Luxury Cottage nr village pub & church

Stylish Grade II listed C18 stone cottage in village's conservation area. It's quiet and comfortable, with simple Scandinavian interiors with a beautiful landscaped garden and large bbq area. The furniture and furnishings are hand made or antique with high quality appliances, comfortable settees and tasteful contemporary pictures and art works. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with great natural light. There is a stylish first fl bathroom and separate ground floor toilet. NB pet rules

Rutland churchyard stone cottage next to the pub

In the churchyard, neighbouring the award winning and brilliant Railway Inn, this 18th century Ketton stone cottage is a very special place to come and stay with friends and family. We have the Rutland Vineyard, a village stores, it is near Rutland Water, there are fab local walks, a great food scene, and there is Burghley House in Stamford, “England’s most attractive town” according to John Betjeman. For me, it is like the Loire and Cotswold towns, but friendlier and with fewer Range Rovers.

Located in the centre of the Historic Market Town of Uppingham. Based in is heart of the small county of Rutland. This apartment is a stones throw away to the gorgeous town centre, with markets every Friday, great places to eat and drink and some really cute little shops. A quick 10 minute drive to another Market Town of Oakham and not far from Rutland Water where you can enjoy some beautiful scenic walks. The apartment offers an allocated parking space and communal paved garden.

Beautiful 3-bed chalet bungalow for 6-8 guests

One Chapel Court is a recently renovated chalet bungalow that offers attractive and comfortable home-from-home comfort for families and single travellers alike. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, over two floors, there is plenty of space to call your own. Outdoor space is aplenty, with private, off-road parking for up to 5 vehicles and a large patio for al fresco dining. Located near the A1 and A47, One Chapel Court offers easy access to Stamford, Peterborough and beyond.

Self-contained Studio annexe in Oakham.

Studio has own entrance at the front of house and access to back garden through the patio doors. Completely self contained . Small kitchen area with sink, a full size fridge, and a washing machine if needed. There is one double bed in the studio, but also a self inflating single air bed with bedding if required. Just a quick note, my place is quite compact, so perfect for 1-2 nights, longer stays may feel a bit tight as storage is quite limited.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

Cosy stone cottage 5 minutes walk from town centre

This delightful 200 year old stone cottage is a short walk from the centre of Stamford with its pubs, shops and beautiful stone architecture. It is listed for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, but has an additional convertible bed settee, allowing a maximum of 6.
