This exceptional holiday home is located in the peaceful village of Čavoglave. The house itself is newly built with all amenities, and the outdoor area also includes a heated swimming pool. It is divided into an big apartment and two smaller apartments on the second floor with all amenities. The entire space is for you, there are no other guests. The source of the Čikola River is located in the 100 meters down and you can often saw domestic animals such as horses in the village.

Kuća za odmor "Marin" nalazi se u Umljanovićima, koji su smješetni 30 minuta vožnje od Šibenika i Splita. Kuća za odmor se prostire na otprilike 700 m2. Sama kuća zasebno ima 130 m2 koja se sastoji od 4 sobe, 3 wc-a, kuhinjom, dnevnim boravkom. Također u smještaju objekta nalazi se grijani bazen i jacuzzi. U objektu se nalazi roštilj, vanjski wc, kabina za presvlačenje, vanjski tuš, sjenica, te šank. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Kuća je kompletno renovirana 2025. godine.
