Pebbles - calming and quiet near the sea

Pebbles is a private annexe at our home in Pett Level, a haven of quiet and calmness. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by fabulous countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. There is a bright lounge with french doors overlooking the garden, wet room, double bedroom and fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Mayfayre - 2 Bed Cottage Beside the Beach

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Nestled in the heart of the Citadel on one of Rye’s most historic cobbled streets, West St is perfectly placed for a weekend getaway. Seconds from chic independent shops, independent cinema, cafes & restaurants & a short 10min drive from Camber Sands. West St is perfect for Beach combers, foodies and Relaxers alike! The contemporary interior mixes with original features to create an Instagram worthy decor.

The Crow’s Nest is a quirky, stylish & cosy retreat right in the centre off Rye, in the heart of the ancient citadel. Family-friendly or a romantic retreat for two, it's on the 1st & 2nd floors of a Grade II Listed building dating back to the 1500s, managed by Hannah. It’s ideal for a staycation. On the first floor there's a living room, kitchen & bathroom. On the 2nd floor there's a double bedroom & a twin bedroom with two full-size single ‘cabin’ beds, connected by a dressing room.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms is round the cobbly corner.

Available for whole weeks in summer, and for weekends from autumn-spring. NB check-in/checkout times listed are for Saturday same day changeover - If you are renting just for the weekend then the check-in / check out time will normally be much more relaxed - ask me for details
