Our Georgian period home set in Burton's St Leonards conservation area in very close proximity to Hastings makes it an ideal spot to explore and enjoy the vibrant sunsets across the stunning East Sussex seascapes in all weathers. Plenty of ongoing TLC shared with all our guests helps us to preserve this historical gem. Great family home on the beach.

A large family house on the seafront. Great for family reunions especially 3 generation get-togethers. Can accommodate all ages with inside and outside dining. Short drive to Eastbourne and Sovereign harbour with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Minimum 2 nights stay, prices will vary for school holidays and seasons. We cannot accommodate dogs at the house as there is too much wear and tear both in the house and the garden.

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.
