Rye -Rother-Very Central Location !

Rother - Rye is a studio in the centre of Rye. It’s in an fab location to see all the town. Just 2 minutes walk from The Landgate Arch, and Conduit Hill which both lead to the high street. The popular Waterworks brewery is just at the end of the street. This studio has a king size bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to the property has stairs. Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
