The AirShip is situated in a beautiful, secluded position on a four-acre site. Stunning views reach across the Sound of Mull towards Tobermory on the Isle of Mull and out to sea toward Ardnamurchan Point.

Muin Shepherd Hut is complete with: 2kw Shower (2 minutes of hot water/5 minutes to re-heat) toilet, sink, Belfast sink, fridge, ceramic hob, Air Fryer, underfloor heating, wood burning stove, TV, Double bed with King size duvet, large decked area, enclosed private garden (dog friendly) and views over to the Isles of Mull and Coll and onwards out over the Atlantic Ocean. Throw in the odd sea eagle that visits us, red deer abound, pine martins, otters and the dolphins playing off the pier!!

Our cosy larch grass roofed cabin situated within a working croft in the Ross of Mull is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. With views across Staffa & the Treshnish Isles, you can watch the sun rise over Ben More and set over Lunga from the comfort of the sofa. We’ve ditched the mod cons with no TV, wifi & phone signal and replaced them with good old fashioned boardgames, a great stack of books and selection of old & new vinyl for the record player.

Local beaches such as Camusdarach Beach with their white sands are great to explore and just a short walk away.

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Furnished with a mix of hand made and mid century furniture The Hide is great for letting yourself completely switch off from the everyday. Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
