SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom has in-tub shower, toilet and washbasin. This is a downstairs suite with plenty of headroom, unless you are extremely tall. Floor to ceiling is 6ft 9 3/4 inches. where a supporting beam crosses the ceiling where the headroom is 6ft 2"

Welcome to our 550sf sustainably-built mid-century self-contained studio suite. Walk downtown on a car-free trail (30 min), 10 min bike, 15 min bus. Best local bakery & Thai food is minutes away. * IF YOU'RE TALL, this suite might not be for you! 100-year-old beams were retained that in places take the height to 1.75m (5'10"). * This is a chemical & SCENT-FREE home. Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)

Stairway access to the suite above the garage in a family home. There is a balcony to relax, overlooking back gardens. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a dishwasher. A pack and play is included for infant needs. One reserved parking spot.

Our three private guest suites are accessed from a common library, landing, stairwell, and foyer. You will most likely meet other guests and us in these common areas.

Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
