You’ll love the this waterfront property, tucked back in a quiet cove, with exceptional lake views. The lodge sits on an acre , with a large fenced in area and has plenty of vehicle and boat parking. The boat launch is 0.5 miles away! You will find a beautiful porch with fire pit and pellet grill, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and utility room! We have even hosted a wedding!

Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

RV Life Steps away from the Lake

TOWELS/LINENS NOT PROVIDED. They are offered at an additional fee upon arrival. Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. View of Toledo Bend Lake, private beach, boat launch and electrical outlets near the water for boats. The RV has 1 Queen, 2 Twin, fold out couch, 1.5BA, kitchen, coffee maker and fire pit. Shaded picnic tables by water available for additional $20. No pets allowed. We have 2 cabins onsite that allow pets for $25 non-refundable pet fee per pet per stay.

The spacious home is located on the south end of Toledo Bend and offers great fishing year round. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the large covered porch overlooking the lake. This 2 story cottage apartment has excellent views and access to water. We live on the property but in a separate home. Very quiet wooded neighborhood. Water access at full pool, and always water views. This is relaxing at its finest. But if fishing is your thing..we got that too. Charging available at water, 1 boat launchewithin 1/2 mile distance. 3 restaurants within 1 mile. We are located in Six Mile area. You can just sit on the main back porch and relax with us.

Brand new 1Bed 1Bath Efficiency Apartment. Downtown Lake community of Hemphill Texas. This is great for retiree. Or someone needed a place while in town for conference or family reunion. Easy access to churches Resturant and entertainment. Only 3 miles from lake. It is on a Main Street. With some noise. No smoking no pets no children. No single adults under 21 years of age can not be in apartment without another adult 21 years or older.
