This space is the upstairs level of my home. It has its own outside stairway for your entrance. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom has a TV. Bathroom with tub shower, kitchenette with keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and fridge. This kitchenette/ living area has relaxing area with 2 recliners, computer desk, kitchen table, pantry closet and a 50 inch TV. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rest, Relax, see the sunsets and enjoy the country view from above.

This unique space is the main floor of this beautiful lakeside home on gorgeous Black Hawk Lake. The homeowners live upstairs, but you have the privacy of the entire main floor. Terrific panoramic lake views! Close to public boat ramp, beach, fishing, mini-golf, and Iowa's first lake-to-lake bike trail. Pontoon boat ride with home owners is included. Full kitchen with washer/dryer. Enjoy our Weber grill, fire pit, and private patio as you take in unlimited views of the lake!

Guest House Arthur, Main Level

This Guest House is a home with 3 complete levels of rentable space with 3 separate entries. The Main Level, Lower Level and Upstairs Lodge levels are fully furnished with full kitchens, dining, living, and 3 bedrooms on each level. One of those 3 bedrooms has 2 single beds in it on each level. All 3 levels have washer and dryers. Price per level is 125.00 for 4 people per night. Each additional person is $25 extra per person per level per night. Limit 6 people per level.

Lakeview Loft at Arrowhead Cabins

Cute & Cozy cabin along the beautiful Black Hawk Lake. This charming space is the perfect little escape for a relaxing get away. Imagine waking up to a beautiful view of the lake while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy fishing and swimming around the common dock. 4 public boat ramps are located nearby As night falls enjoy the sunset and the stars out by the fire pit. The cabin has two guest parking stalls with additional free parking if needed.

Waterfront Cabin on Black Hawk Lake, Lake View IA

This property is located on the East side of Black Hawk lake which offers fantanstic sunsets. The patio on the waters edge is great for basking in the sun or jumping from the dock for a swim. Evening fires at the waters edge is also a great way to close out days fun. The property includes a boat hoist and jet ski hoist so feel free to bring your own toys for convenient access while you enjoy your stay. The house was rully remodeled in 2006.

Fully furnished ( pics were taken right after new carpet and paint was put in. ) Owners within walking distance if help needed!
